Waste of money and more importantly, TIME!

Hello, I had a severe traumatic brain injury recently. I needed something that would help me organize and was delighted to find Qcard and purchased it. I think it has been very useful, however I am very frustrated, actually angry, that now for the fourth time since I bought the App it has now failed to re-open! The first time it happened I emailed you about it and was told that this had been a known problem and that an update would be made and was told to delete the app, re-install it (losing all the entered data) and to make a daily reminder in the meentime that would stop this from happening again until he update was available. There hasnt been an update! It has happened again TWICE!!!
I am fed up, and I dont trust this app anymore.

I received an apology letter to this complaint explaining they would have a new update;

"We have resolved the issue/bug and is part of our next release/update. We havent released an update yet because weve packaged it with Version 2.0.
With this new version (2.0) youll be able to send & receive Qcards with others and track it until its complete. Were really excited about this feature, as we think it will help families organize, manage and delegate their lives together. We are in the testing phase and plan on releasing it early February.

Before you give up on us, I ask that you give us one more try with Version 2.0 - I really think it will benefit you and your family in a huge way.... plus this version is very stable and should not fatally crash."
